Cylinder Blocks

This is a set of 4 blocks made of teakwood. Each of the blocks is a rectangular prism with concave faces to facilitate holding firmly. The surfaces are highly polished. Each block has 10 sockets and there are 40 knobbed cylinders that fit into these sockets. The knobs are the pencil grip type.

Block A:Varying in height from 5.5cms to 1cm, in intervals of 0.5cms.Diameter remains constant.
Block B:Varying in diameter from 5.5cms to 1.5cm, with height remaining constant.
Block C:Varying in height and thickness both increasing by 0.5 cms.
Block D:Varying in height and thickness. But while the height increases, the diameter decreases.

Two boxes containing 6 wooden cylinders each containing Material to produce varying intensities of sound ranging from soft to loud. All cylinders are polished to enhance the natural beauty of the wood. The top surface for 6 of them are red and for the other 6 are blue. The sound boxes have to be paired based on the distinct sounds they produce.
