Class 100 Universal Module

These modules are of universal modular design Clean Air Equipment & can be conveniently used in various modes, as detailed below, in various applications in Medical, Agriculture, Electronic Industry etc. Various versions of application

As “Vertical or Horizontal Laminar Flow Clean Air Work Station Model” by using specially designed optional stand. • As “Over Head Suspended Model” for providing clean air over conveyor assembly in pharmaceutical industry etc., by hanging it on ceiling.
As “Clean Room Tent Model” by using together a number of these modules of various sizes on an optional stand, to form clean room tent of required size. The walls for clean room tent can be of soft PVC walls or hard acrylic PVC sheets.
As “A/C Terminal Model for Clean Room” by connecting these to centralized A/C duct below its air outlet diffusers/grills provided within the room. These can be hung to ceiling to avoid load on A/C duct. The quantity of these required to be used in a room can judiciously be chosen, as per the required class of cleanliness within the room. As these modules have their own air blower system, there in no extra load on A/C system due to pressure drop across HEPA Filters, fitted in these modules. These are available of 500cfm & 100cfm capacity.

Salient Features :– These are light weight & very compact in size, ergonomically designed and are easy to use and maintain. The noise & vibration level very low. The heart of equipment is HEPA filter which provided class 100 clean air per the U.S. fed standard 209 B requirement.
The equipment design has very aesthetic appeal & functional utility & efficiency. HEPA filter provide clean air to an efficiency of 99-97% down to 0.3 micron particle size. The velocity of output air is 90 ±20% ft./min. The motor blower assembly is specially designed using dynamically balanced blower. The motor used is of a reputed make & the power consumption is very low.

Optional Stand :– Stand is required when this module is used as horizontal or vertical clean air work station model or clean room tent. Stand is provided with illumination on work table & mica Table is provided on the stand as standard feature for work station model. All other optional accessories UV, Gas cock, Manometer etc. can be provided if required. The stand and work table is not provided for suspended model or for use as A/C terminal model for clean room.

Clean & Cool Room Module (new) Introduction

Clean Room Clean & Cool Air Module are specially designed modular equipment, providing class 100 HEPA filtered air as per US fed std. 209 B, with built in air conditioning cooling system for clean room application. Air is sucked from the clean room and is circulated through AC cooling coil, which cools Air and it is then thrown back into the clean room through HEPA filter, which filters the air to efficiency of 99-99% down to 0.3 micron particle size. The output air meets the clean 100 requirement of US feed std 209. Suitable Thermostat fixed on clean room module, controls the room temperature & can be set to desired value.

Salient Feature :?
These can be conveniently hung in the clean room & will cool and upgrade the cleanliness level of clean room with the passage of time. The AC cooling system is of split room air conditioner design & the condensing unit can be kept out side the clean room or at the roof top. The HEPA filter are easily replacable. The optimum capacity & quantity of these modules required for a given room can be judiciously selected to meet the required level of room cleanliness.

Note :? A unit of 1,000 Cfm/1.5 ton cooling capacity is suitable for meeting requirement of class 10,000 level of cleanliness in a clean room of size 1,000 cu.ft. approx. volume.

Laminar Flow (Vertical Suspended Model)

These are fixed on ceiling/wall to provide down flow clean air on desired work area/machine. Highly recommended for filing and copying/ sealing operations, routine, Microbiological experiments, microelectronic industries, hybrid pcb industries etc. Supplied with HEPA filter, pre filter, motor blower etc., but without optional accessories.

Laminar Flow Inclinable/Ht. Adjustable Modules

Simple and portable, this unit produces a sterile, zone with unidirectional laminar air streams flowing at desired inclination & height over the work area. Adjustable for optimum orientation, this configuration is highly recommended for ampoule fitting and sealing operations in parental manufacture etc. Supplied complete with HEPA & Pre-Filter, motor blower etc., but without optional accessories.

Laminar Flow Wall Modules

These self standing modules provide clean air horizontally to work area/closed rooms for upgrading room cleanliness level and also can be positioned behind/over heavy equipment. Suitable for computer Industry, Pharmacy, O/T, Nursing Homes, Research Labs etc. can be placed side to side to provide wall to wall horizontal flow. Optionally can be mounted horizontally on stand to provide vertical flow. Supplied complete with Hepa Filter, Motor Blower etc. but W/O optional accessories.

Tissue Culture Hood

Tissue Culture Hood provides a circulation-free environment to eliminate cross-contamination in sterile techniques like tissue staining, culture growth and virus harvesting. Its large area and convenient design give ample room for bulky equipment and media preparation.
Fabricated from thick fiberglass sheet with smooth and scratch free surface duly enamel coated. The front door opening of 106 cms ? 40 cms. Frame is fitted with transparent plexiglass having arrangement for keeping door open according to required height. When closed, door will firmly mesh against the lining of long lasting rubber gasket provided on all the sides of the front portion.

The hard board base is covered with white sunmica for beauty and smoothness.
